Workshops, lectures, talks etc.

In the past few years I have worked with brands such as CASS Art, Stella Artois, House of Fraser, and The BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art to run workshops and give talks. More recently I have been working with Teeside University, as a part time lecturer in Illustration and Graphic Design.

Running workshops, delivering talks, live drawing and graphic recording are a few of my favourite things.

Art Workshops for Children

In 2016 I set up MAKING AND MOVING, children's creative art and movement workshops alongside choreographer Chloë Smith, in Berwick upon Tweed.

Excitingly, we are currently setting up an Arts festival for children in Berwick Upon Tweed. Watch this space!

We run regular workshops during most school holidays.

Demo workshops

Would you like a workshop at your festival or event?

For children and adults, workshops and live illustration are a great way to get people to engage, interact and have fun.

I've run workshops for Berwick Film and Media Arts Festival, as well as food festivals, seaside festivals.

Talks

I have given talks at Creative Careers week at BALTIC Centre for Contemporary art, Gateshead in 2015, 2016, and 2017.

I work as a part time lecturer in illustration and graphic design.

In the past I have given talks on what it's like to be an illustrator, my progression through school, higher education and further education, and how to stay inspired and creative on a daily basis.
